Great Strides - Melbourne and Bendigo - 31st October 2010

Sunday 31^st October 2010,

PRINCES PARK, Carlton and LAKE WEEROONA, Bendigo at 10am

Route: 3km or 6km, or 6km Run

An ideal warm down for anyone participating on the Melbourne Marathon.

Sausage sizzles, music, entertainment and post-event massages are all part of the festivities!

 

Great Strides is a lot of fun. It is not strenuous and the emphasis is on going at your own pace – it’s not a race, well except the run!  Great Strides is for all ages from young children through to energetic octogenarians

 

The Course: is a gentle one allowing all competitor types to participate.

 

Afterwards: join in the sausage sizzle, chill out to the music, and even enjoy a massage and picnic in the park.

 

 

 

 

 

Stride for a Prize

Adult and Child course winners, spot prizes, wackiest dressed team, snappiest dressed individual, and most funds raised winners. Prizes include Coles Myer Vouchers, Toys, DVD players and lots more!

• Fill in the registration forms and return by fax, post or email to Cystic Fibrosis Victoria office. Forms can be found below.

Step 2 - RAISE FUNDS

Your fundraising efforts are crucial in helping Cystic Fibrosis Victoria to continue our vital work providing support and services to the Cystic Fibrosis community. Why not set a goal for yourself and your team and ask everyone you know to help you reach your target?

 

 

Online Donations: Set up a Facebook group or register a page on our Everyday Hero site to encourage people to sponsor you.

 

Just think, if every person who participated in Great Strides during 2008 had collected $250 that would have resulted in over $125,000 being raised for Cystic Fibrosis Victoria!!!
